Very courteous staff at all times and reasonably spacious and fairly quiet rooms. Easy check in. Nice to have a microwave oven, a private safe and a sofa bed available. Kitchenette with appliances. Excellent, good setting short walk to the harbour & strip. 10 minutes walk to Playa Pila de la Barrilla.

The staff at the reception and the cleaning lady were extremely helpful and attentive. The pool was regularly cleaned, and although it was a bit cold, we still enjoyed using it. The location was convenient, with a supermarket across the road and a shopping center nearby. The apartment was bright, spacious, and well-equipped. The complex was quiet and secure, making for a peaceful stay. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at a small apartment site in Puerto del Carmen. The location was excellent, close to the beaches and old town. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a good-sized living area and a nice bathroom. I especially loved the private patio area where I could enjoy my breakfast in the morning sun. The daily cleaning service and regular towel changes were a nice touch. The staff, including the receptionist, were friendly and professional, adding to the pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation.

Top-class staff at all times, overall large, spotless rooms. Easy check in. Decent, best possible setting just off the beach / strip areas of Puerto Del Carmen, and the port. 10 minutes walk to Fariones Playa.
